Full Barber Education — 9-12 Week Program

This in-depth barbering program is designed for absolute beginners as well as hairstylists who want to gain the complete skill set of a modern barber.

Over the course of 9-12 weeks, you’ll move from essential theory to hands-on practice, mastering everything from scissor cutting and fades to beard work and client communication. The goal: to equip you with the confidence, structure, and technical ability to become the barber you’ve always aspired to be.

⏰ Schedule:
Classes take place 3 times a week, from 16:00 to 21:00.

Weeks 1–3: The Foundation

We begin by getting familiar with tools, hygiene, setup, and client preparation. You’ll learn the core cutting techniques — one length, layers, and graduation — on mannequins with longer hair.

We cover all cutting angles (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) and introduce correct posture, hand positioning, and sectioning methods.

You’ll also start learning shaving techniques: from basic beginner methods to more advanced ones used by experienced professionals.

Beard grooming is approached systematically, covering long beards, short beards, and often-overlooked moustache shaping.

We finish this phase with classic short cuts and the basics of fading and taper fading — all while emphasizing your posture, body language, and professional approach to clients.

Once the theory is complete, we move on to real models.

Weeks 4–9: Mastery Through Practice

The next six weeks are all about practice, repetition, and refinement. You’ll build speed, precision, and confidence by working on models daily.

We also introduce more creative and complex haircutting techniques and invite inspiring guest barbers to share their expertise and push your vision further.

Throughout the program, you’re never alone — we support you every step of the way.
