Fade Vision is an intensive 3-day IBU workshop designed to understand the fade as a system. The focus is on haircut balance, shape control, creating clean contrasts, and achieving consistent results — both in the barbershop and in photography.

Participants learn how to build a fade, connect it to the overall shape, and present it properly through professional photography.

DAY 1 – DEMONSTRATION DAY

The first hour is dedicated to demonstrating the Fade Vision system: balance, structure, transitions, contrasts, and finishing details.

This is followed by an in-depth explanation of the approach, common mistakes, and preparation for practical work.

DAY 2 & 3 – HANDS-ON DAYS

Two days of intensive practice. Fade after fade.

Focus on precision, speed, clean transitions, contrast control, and proper haircut photography.
